Saint-Véran Le Clos de Poncétys comes from a historic parcel in the village of Davayé. Facing due south, this vineyard produces grapes of outstanding quality and natural concentration. The wine is entirely vinified in French oak foudres crafted by an excellent Burgundian cooper.
