Aging : 2 years minimum in the cellars
Aged 50% in an oak barrel (from Cognac) and 50% in steel vats.
Maximum storage Time : 3 to 5 years
Blending : 100 % Chardonnay
Dosage : 6g/liter
Tasting notes : aperitif and with the fish meals.
Limited quantity : depends on years
