Based in Skibbereen, West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 by John O’Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy. Leveraging a passion for both the science and art of spirit, and in particular whiskey production, we have been recognised for our innovative approach and credited with maturing, distilling and bottling some of the finest craft Irish Whiskey on the market today. Our West Cork Irish Whiskey is distilled, matured and bottled on-site and sells worldwide. Each bottle is triple distilled, non-chill filtered and carefully crafted using the finest of local ingredients.
With roots going back to the very creation of Irish Creams in the 1970’s, Terra is today the largest family-owned producer and exporter of Irish Cream Liqueurs and brand owners of MOLLY’S Irish Cream, which is available in over 65 countries worldwide.
Aside from MOLLY’S, Terra offers an unrivalled Irish Cream, Spirit and Liqueur contract manufacturing and bottling service from our state of the art facilities and with clients including some of the largest International retailers and multinational brand companies.
