Wakefield Wines is a third generation family owned winery founded in 1969 by the Taylor family in South Australia’s Clare Valley near the Wakefield River. The Taylor family is committed to functioning in a responsible and sustainable manner; in 2009 they launched the first Carbon Neutral wine range and in 2021 they were the first independent Australian winery to commit to Science Base Targets to reduce its carbon emission by 50% by 2050.
