Winemaker Fiorenzo Rista together with Marchesi Antinori set up” Vitis Metamorfosis,” brought a new winery to the Romania wine map. He Antinory family has been producing and selling wine for over 600 years, The family Antinori owns viticultural propertie mainly in Italy, Tuscany, and Umbria, in other areas such as Chile, Malta, the USA, or Hungary and Romania in Dealu Mare. So, in 2010, the old mast was purchased on the site of the current the current cellar, where in 2012 with the help of European funds the process of modernization process, everything being completed with a festive inauguration on 11.09.2014.

We find in our wine list both Romanian, like: Fetească Neagră, Tamâioasă Românească, Fetească Regală, Negru de Drăgășani and international varieties of grapes, like: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Noir, materialized in 4 ranges of wines:

Our representative wines is from the CANTVS PRIMVS range. The whole range has a total of three wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră, Merlot (the newest wine -2020).
