Aurora is the largest and most awarded winery in Brazil. Its products are exported to more than 20 countries. It’s also the sales leader of white and red wines in Brazil, with more than 30% of the Brazilian Market Share.
Being one of the largest producers of sparkling wines, Aurora grows the main varieties used in Brazil: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Riesling Italico. Besides working with the traditional method, the company also produces with charmat method, varying from 45 to 120 days in contact with the yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Situated in the heart of the Serra Gaúcha, Brazil’s most well-known wine region, the business is based on a cooperative approach nurturing its 1,100 family members, their communities and the environment in which the grapes are grown.
he company is certified by ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) allowing total traceability of the process, from the vineyard to the bottle.
