Attached to the land, at the origin of their vineyard adventure, and lovers of nature above all, Pauline and Clément are pioneers. To nourish their approach of the vine, they open themselves to different techniques of cultivation and to agro-ecological practices still rare like the agro-forestry which consists in planting trees near the vine. Playing a role in the preservation of the landscape and the ecosystem of our territory, the association tree-culture-vegetal cover protects the plots, promotes biodiversity by keeping the soil alive, limits erosion, captures CO2 and recycles it and, very important in Provence, drought control. With each vintage, a new page is written, bringing new challenges. The goal is to obtain a perfect balance between freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity, typical of Gueissard wines. Wines that are sometimes accessible and sometimes more gastronomic, to vary the pleasures of discovery in the three colors in Appellation Côtes de Prtovence, Bandol and Méditérranée.
