A family business located southeast of Bordeaux, Vignobles Gonfrier stands out for its deep and passionate expertise in Bordeaux wines.

Our expertise covers more than 900 hectares of vineyards, carefully cultivated on the slopes of the Garonne. Each plot is carefully vinified to reveal its unique character. Our wines from these family estates are produced in our cellars in Lestiac-sur-Garonne, ensuring controlled vinification and total quality control right through to bottling.

We also select 550 hectares of grapes from passionate local winegrowers, adding diversity and richness to our vintages. These grapes are vinified in our Rions cellars, where our expertise and rigorous standards ensure wines of exceptional quality.

Our range extends from fresh and elegant whites to generous and complex reds, as well as smooth sweet wines and rosés with strong character, under the Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, and Graves appellations. Careful vinification allows each of our brands and châteaux to express their identity.

The conversion of 30 hectares of our vineyard to organic farming in 2024, bringing our total certified organic area to 210 hectares on the hillsides overlooking the Garonne River, demonstrates the company's commitment to respecting the environment. The practices implemented serve as a benchmark for our daily work throughout the vineyard.

Our vineyard is HVE3 certified (High Environmental Value Level 3), illustrating our commitment to sustainable agriculture. We have also obtained Terra Vitis certification through our company "Gonfrier Environnement," highlighting our sustainable approach to viticulture. In addition, our social responsibility is recognized by Ecovadis and SMETA certifications, which attest to our ethics, our respect for social and environmental standards, and our efforts to preserve biodiversity and maintain the ecological balance of our terroirs.
