In 1910, François Perceval founded the estate on the slopes of the Combe de Savoie. More than a century later, after four generations of the Perceval family, the vineyard now covers over 50 hectares.
From this soil, born of the immense collapse of Mont Granier in November 1248, came vines with subtle and fresh aromas. On these lands, the Perceval family cultivates both tradition and boldness, pursuing quality viticulture with a deep respect for work well done.
Often harvested by hand and crafted using ancestral methods, these wines preserve nectars with rounded tannins, beautiful depth, and a refined yet assertive character.
Today, Pascal Perceval works on his estate in the French Alps, at the foot of Mont Granier. The average age of his vines ranges from 30 to over 80 years old.
A lover of the mountains and the lands that surround him, Pascal Perceval lives and breathes in rhythm with his environment. This majestic setting nourishes his imagination and provides the inspiration he needs to forge his path, with determination and audacity.
His roots are those of a family that believes in the truth of the soil, in the beauty of the seasons, and in the joy of generous, convivial tables.
Difficult to conquer yet generous, this terroir could only welcome the energy and hard work of determined men and women, generation after generation.
With passion and consistency, the teams craft quality wines that remain faithful to their convictions. The greatest care is given to traditional vat ageing, allowing the wines to develop and mature beautifully over time.
