Title: Vigneti di Ettore – The Courage of Lightness

Vigneti di Ettore is a certified organic, family-run winery located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, on the hills of Negrar. Our roots run deep: the story began in 1930 with our great-grandfather Gioanin, but it was Ettore Righetti—a historical figure who spent his whole life in wine production,  leading the Cantina di Negrar—who established our winery.

Today, the legacy continues with his grandson Gabriele, an oenologist representing the fourth generation. Gabriele combines the wisdom of the past with a fresh vision, recently earning recognition as the best under 40 producer by Luca Gardini.

We cultivate 18 hectares of vineyards at altitudes up to 450 meters, managing the entire supply chain "from root to bottle”. We strictly use traditional grapes—including forgotten native varieties like Spigamonti and Turchetta—harvested entirely by hand.

Our philosophy stands apart from the "muscular" and "jammy" stereotypes of the region. We seek elegance, verticality, and precision. Our wines are gastronomic and contemporary, designed for those who appreciate finesse, cleanliness, and the authentic expression of the terroir rather than opulence.
