Along these nearly forty years after its beginnings, Viña Olabarri has excelled in the elaboration of high-quality wines with outstanding recognitions for its Reserva and Gran Reserva wines. The size of the company allows a detailed care in the production and selection of vineyards close to the winery and restates the affection and patience with which the essence of Rioja Alta wines are bottled.

 We make wines with a unique quality-price ratio whose essence is a combination of the traditional values together with innovation. 

 We  have two lines of wines under the two family names: 

 - OLABARRI which is a traditional range from Rioja made up of a young white wine, Crianza (Best Buy WE), Reserva (91WE) and Gran Reserva (93/94WE) wines. These are balanced, fresh and elegant wines very typical of the area made with the local grapes (viura for white and tempranillo for reds).

- BIKANDI, which is a more modern line with an Organic Crianza and a Limited Edition Reserva which was awarded Best Wine in Show by Decanter. These are complex, elegant and modern tempranillo wines which are successful in many markets.

 We focus on making wines that reflect well the area of Rioja Alta, where our Viura and Tempranillo vines grow, resulting in fresh and fruit forward wines full of identity and character but accessible to all targets.
