UBY, located in the Gers, is a history of a family passion, a know-how and a Gascony terroir. For 3 generations we have been working to bring a human, environmental and sustainable approach to our winery. The pond turtle, which is the icon of UBY, accompanies each of our bottles and our development choices. While living in the lake which belongs to the Domain we preserve its natural area for many years now. Our wines reflect the “made in Gers” art of living or a kind of conviviality at all times. Affordable, without complexes, to be drunk young, they skilfully combine freshness, roundness, and fruity and greedy notes.
