Domaine de La Cendrillon is a family estate passed down from generation to generation for more than 250 years.
Hubert Joyeux represents the 8th generation.
Located in Corbières in the South of France near Carcassonne and Narbonne, the estate has 50 ha.
Convinced that all great wine comes from a living and preserved environment, the estate converted to organic farming and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013. This approach requires extreme care in the vines to obtain healthy grapes. with tasty juice.
The planting of “exotic” grape varieties (Albarinho, Verdejo) and the expansion of the cellar allow vinification where each plot can express its originality. Thanks to the diversity of the terroirs and its grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault but also Merlot, Marselan or Petit Manseng), Hubert has a very rich palette of colors and exceptional aromas, which ensures fresh, balanced, fine and elegant wines.
The Chai des Vignerons, created in 1909, is the oldest cooperative winery in the Corbières Appellation and the second oldest in France.
Since its creation, cooperators have never ceased to produce quality wines.
The production of the cellar adapts to the tastes of the public and market trends.
Reds, Whites, Rosés, our wines are recognized and often receive many distinctions.
The Clos touchant is a small vineyard of 8ha of vines in Languedoc, Corbières, in Montlaur, at the southeast of Carcassonne.
Composed of 8 hectares of vines, and conducted in organic agriculture, the wines are signed by Alexandre and Carmen Féchant, owners - winemakers.
The vineyard is divided into 12 plots, spread over 3 islets around the village benefiting from different exposures, on the foothills of the Alaric mountain. The couple harvests and vinifies parcel per parcel in order to give birth, from this multitude of terroirs, singular wines.
The favourited grapes varieties of the two winemakers are mainly Syrah, Old Carignan, Grenache and Cinsault. White grapes, white Grenache and Rolle.
Their approach to winemaking is minimalist, their desire being to produce terroir’wines, authentic, modern, juicy and digestible.
Their production includes: a rosé, a white and 4 reds. Micro-cuvées are sometimes made during the best vintages.
From the vineyard to the winery, the work is carried out with 4 hands by the two owners, concerned with the quality and precision that each task requires (except during the harvest, because all the grapes are harvested by hand).
Chemical inputs are limited to the cellar and the vineyard, in favor of mechanical action and know-how that combines modern techniques and old processes.

The Camplong winegrowers' cellar, the smallest in Aude, was born in 1932 thanks to the desire of a handful of winegrowers to sublimate and promote the fruit of their work.
The new generations have been keen to perpetuate this vision of quality and are doing everything they can to improve further. The clay-limestone terroir and the exceptional sunshine of the southern flank of the Alaric mountain help them a lot.
In the heart of an exceptional landscape protected by the Corbières hills, near Narbonne (Aude -11), the wines of Fontfroide carry within them the secrets of 1000 years of history. The vineyard certified HVE3 and Terra Vitis, in AOP Corbières and IGP Pays d'Oc has developed around this jewel of Roman architecture: the Cistercian abbey located in Cathar land. First raised to provide each monk with the daily ration recommended by the rule of Saint Benedict, his wines gradually became imbued with the values of the men who produced them: traditional work in the vineyard, sharing in the welcome and , of course, spirituality. Laure de Chevron Villette, now at the head of the 45ha estate, has laid the foundations of the current range and in particular the flagships that we know: Ocellus and Deo Gratias with the ambition of making Fontfroide Wines one of the oenological jewels of Languedoc, made of finesse, freshness and fruit. To discover the range of wines from the Abbey of Fontfroide is to penetrate a preserved terroir of plains and fragrant scrubland, it is to meditate in the galleries of the cloister where the chirping of birds enchants the silence, it is finally to approach a form universal absolute in bliss.
For more than six generations, our family has been cultivating vines with the same conviction: great wine is born from a deep respect for the land and time. On our 42 hectares of vineyards, which have been organically farmed since 1989, we have made the demanding choice of responsible viticulture, focused on the future, biodiversity, and authenticity.
Each plot tells a story, each vintage is the result of meticulous work, guided by passion, tradition, and a love of the terroir.
We don't just produce wine: we create vintages with soul, shaped by the seasons and the men and women who work with them.
Our ambition is simple and strong: to offer you wines of excellence, sincere and elegant, capable of seducing you from the first taste and winning your loyalty over time. Wines that naturally find their place in your markets because they have a clear identity, a true story, and consistent quality.
We would be delighted to welcome you to tell you about our journey, share our convictions, and help you discover what drives us every day.
Because behind each bottle, there is much more than just wine: there is passion, commitment, and the promise of an exceptional journey with every sip.
