QUINTA DO PINTO is a family owned winery in located in the DOC Alenquer – the heart of the Lisbon Wine Region.

The soils are clay-limestone and the gently drained slopes of vineyard are facing south, sheltered from northern winds by the Montejunto Mountain and enriched by the freshness of the Atlantic Ocean - only 25km away.

We have 27 different grape varieties planted in our vineyards and our wines are characterized by being elegant, fresh and aromatic, and for having an excellent ageing potential due to the natural acidity of the Region and of the Atlantic influence.

Our philosophy is to respect terroir and nature. The vines are cultivated under certified Integrated Production following a minimal intervention and a sustainable approach based on microzoning viticulture pratices. 

In the Cellar, we ferment our wines in the traditional cement tanks using only indigenous yeast: Natural Fermentation - and have Vargn certification of the vines.
