Cave Poulet & Fils is a family-owned estate in the South-East of France, located in the Rhône Valley.

Emmanuel represents the 4th generation of the Poulet family winegrowers.

Today, we produce more than 160,000 bottles a year for a total planting surface of 26 hectares:

- 115,000 bottles of Clairette de Die.

- 20,000 bottles of Crémant de Die.

- 10,000 bottles of sweet sparkling Rosé.

- 6,000 bottles of still red Châtillon-en-Diois

- 800 bottles of Coteaux de Die

We vinify 4 different grape varieties:

- Muscat Petits Grains (15 hectares)

- White Clairette (5 hectares)

- Aligoté (1 hectare)

- Gamay (1.5 hectare)

Planted in small plots, our vines grow on well exposed clay-limestone hillsides.
