In the vineyard, Florian works in harmony with nature, guiding the vines through the seasons with close attention to soils, balance, and long-term sustainability.

Heirs to five generations of winemakers, they took over the family estate in 2015 with a clear ambition: to shine a spotlight on the Coteaux du Giennois, while also investing in other great Loire appellations such as Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon, alongside like-minded partners.
