Paco & Lola is a young, modern winery known for its high quality albariños and a sophisticated fun image. This winery has become in less than 10 years one of the most recognized albariño producers in the world. Founded in 2005, Paco & Lola is the fruit of a business initiative of a group of independent winegrowers who wanted to take their production to a professional level. More than 400 families from the Salnés Valley gathered together to create the largest cooperative belonging to the D.O. Rías Baixas, in Galicia, NorthWest Spain. The result: 270 hectares of vineyards 100% albariño spread out over more than 2000 plots of land, a distinctive product identity and an outstanding winemaking philosophy.
