About

Mas Edem grows its vines on cool hillsides nestled in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park between Provence and the Rhône Valley.

Our estate is set back from all traffic, in the heart of the Luberon's emblematic landscapes.

On the road to the perched villages of stone and ochre (Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste), it's a discreet path adorned with vines that leads to a mas that can accommodate families and friends.

Asleep for over a decade, Mas Edem began its rebirth in 2017 following its takeover by the Italian-born Dematté family.

Mas Edem now has a modern, functional winery. In the half-light of its cellars, where stainless steel, wood and terracotta blend, each grape variety is vinified with particular care to reveal the quintessence of its terroir.

The Delicato range focuses on freshness and elegance, the Divino range, which features Viognier in all three colors, focuses on aromatic complexity, and Origini: our cuvée from old vines. Our reds are aged in amphora.

Our BIB 3L Farniente and the creation of a cuvée with no added sulfite, Naturello, were the new features of the previous vintage.

Our efforts were rewarded by the organic label in 2020.

From now on, the time scale is no longer the same: once again, nature sets the tempo.
