Rooted in a family winemaking tradition since 1974, Maison Olivier Chanzy is based in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, in the village of Meursault. As a négociant-vinifier, Olivier works with some of Burgundy’s finest terroirs, including Mercurey, Montagny, Bouzeron, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, and Romanée-Saint-Vivant.
He also oversees the ageing of wines from the Hospices de Beaune.
After having managed an estate in the Southern Rhône Valley and drawing on this experience, Olivier Chanzy has also developed, alongside his Burgundy range, a selection of emblematic cuvées such as Plan de Dieu, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, as well as a range of sparkling wines.
Today, Maison Olivier Chanzy embodies the union of family heritage, a commitment to quality, and a passion for the diversity of terroirs.
Domaine Le Chapital was born from a strong commitment: to preserve and bring new life to an emblematic family estate in Lantignié, handed down for more than three generations.
At the origin of the project are three entrepreneur friends, united by a shared passion for wine and driven by the desire to safeguard a viticultural heritage while giving it fresh momentum.
Beyond preservation, Le Chapital is guided by a demanding and contemporary vision: deep respect for the terroir, careful attention to the environment, and a clear qualitative ambition.
A domaine that brings together heritage, viticultural precision, and commitment, producing wines that are sincere, distinctive, and sustainable.
