Established in 2011 at Quinta do Ribeiro Santo, Magnum Carlos Lucas was born from the vision and passion for wines, to produce distinct wines.

The owner of the company – Carlos Lucas – is a winemaker with a little more than 30 years as winemaker, and in 2008 his work was distinguished and awarded "Best Winemaker" by the magazine “Revista dos Vinhos”.

A company dedicated to the production of quality wines, with a team created by people with a continuous interest innovative and dynamic, but always with tradition and history.

With the company headquarters in the Dão region, we own and manage about 200 hectares of vineyards. Quinta do Ribeiro Santo is the heart of the company, however, production also takes place in Quinta de Santa Maria, in Dão, Quinta das Herédias in Douro, Maria Mora in Alentejo and Casa Grande de Santana in the Vinho Verde region.

Being environmentally concerned and respectful for the land, in 2014 Magnum Vinhos was awarded as "The Best Farmer of the year" by the Ministry of Agriculture of Portugal.

Each bottle we produce tells a story and reflects our passion, emotion and dedication. Our signature is “Wine & People”, by the hand of winemaker Carlos Lucas.
