Maison LUCIEN LE MOINE was founded in 1999 with the purpose of handcrafting wines selected among the best Grand and Premier vineyards of Burgundy. Around 80 Crus every year live in our cold cellars in Beaune, 24 to 26 months of ageing on all lees without any racking, slow fermentations, bottling without finning or filtering. In 2009 we started our Domaine in the Châteauneuf du Pape area, today we cultivate about 20 hectares of Châteauneuf du Pape and Côtes du Rhône Villages, White (40% of the production) and Red. Vinified and aged in our cellar in Orange, our wines are aged 24 to 60 months on lees without any racking, including some pure Amphorae wines bottled separately.
