About

Ideally located at the foot of the famous Roche de Solutré, in the hamlet of Pouilly, the Trouillet estate, currently run by William (4th generation) and his wife Caroline- extends over some 20 hectares today, a sign of great dynamism because Jules Guérin, William's great-grandfather, began with a 4 hectare sharecropping farm that his son Jean then ran for 45 years. The expansion has been made gradually over the generations, which today makes it possible to produce several recognized appellations: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint Véran, Pouilly Vinzelles, Pouilly Loché, Mâcon Solutré and Beaujolais Blanc.

Jambon Guénaël, Les Roches du Py

France
7.3 | E 051

In Beaujolais, Established in the heart of the wines on the famous Côte du Py, A Morgon. I give all my positive energy to cultivate my vines and raise my wines by highlighting the purity of my terroirs.

Coming from the4th generation of winemaker, with passion, I continue since 2001 with pride the management of the estate.

The vines extends over the Beaujolais crus and Beaujolais Village.

Morgon, with its unique places,

Like the "Côte du Py", rich in its terroir by blue rocks, schists, rock in decomposition of iron oxide and manganese. Giving a Morgon with minerality, fruit and tanins.

The "Charmes" on a granitic and sandy soil, giving generous wines with notes of red fruits and supple tannins.

The "Grands Cras", alluvium of the Côte du Py on a clay terroir giving notes of spices and a beautiful length.

Chiroubles,

On the place called "Chatenay", terror of altitude, On a very steep hillside of granite for fruity and generous wines, a wine of friend.

Flowery,

Places called "La Madonne", with its pink granite giving a floral note with fine tannins.

Beaujolais Village,

Places called "Roche Grès", with its sands giving an explosion of fruit.

DOMAINE DES ROCHES DU PY

With a commitment to respect what nature has brought me. I cultivate my vines as simply and naturally as possible.

The control of yields and manual harvesting allow a selection of the harvest to obtain an optimum organoleptic quality of the grapes for vinification.

In the same way I make my wines naturally by combining tradition and modernity in order to age them according to their typicities with aging in vats, oak barrels and barrels.

The estate consists of 23 hectares,

Morgon: 18.75 hectares, "Côte du Py", "Les Charmes", "Les Grandes Cras"

Flower: 1.20 hectares, La Madone

Chiroubles: 0.45 hectares.

Beaujolais Villages: 2.60 hectares.

 Domaine de Ramatuelle

France
7.3 | E 051

The Domaine de Ramatuelle vineyard is located a few kilometres from Brignoles, in the heart of the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. This small appellation, covering 2,300 hectares, forms an enclave within the Côtes de Provence vineyards and is increasingly appreciated by connoisseurs for the typicity and quality of its wines.

The estate cultivates 80 hectares of vineyards classified under the AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence and the IGP Vin de Pays du Var, along with 3 hectares of olive groves dedicated to olive oil production, and half a hectare of lavandin used for essential oil production.

Nestled at the foothills of the Sainte-Baume Massif, the estate is set within a quintessential Provençal landscape, dotted with small woods and groves, and bordered by dry-stone walls and traditional stone huts.

Located inland at an altitude of 250 metres, the vineyard benefits from a contrasted climate. The significant temperature variation between day and night brings freshness and character to the wines. Cool nights in September and October allow for pre-dawn harvesting of naturally chilled grapes, ensuring optimal macerations.

A dry summer climate combined with the regular presence of the Mistral wind is one of our greatest allies in protecting the vines from disease, allowing for limited intervention in vineyard treatments. The vines, planted on clay-limestone slopes and gentle hillsides, withstand summer drought well while fully benefiting from the generous sunshine.
