Created in 1937, listed in the French Heritage and Historical Monuments, the Cave des Vignerons de Tavel & Lirac is listed in the French Heritage and Historical Monuments and represents 50% of Tavel Appellation. AOP Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône and IGP is also produced. Concerned about Environment, it has also been part of an environmental approach for several years, and labeled « Vignerons Engagés » « Sustainable Growers».
