Passion, taste, terroir: three words that have never left the mind of the Grimaud winemakers since that day in January 1932 when, under the leadership of eight committed and determined men, the Cave Coopérative Vinicole de Grimaud was born. The desire to progress, adapt and innovate has driven successive generations of winegrowers at the winery. Eight decades later, the will and ability of these men to project themselves into the future have made this winery one of the most important in the Var. 270 members spread over 950 hectares in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez produce about 50,000 hls of AOP-IGP wines per year.
