La Sala del Torriano is a small organic winery in San Casciano val di Pesa, one of the first small estates that produced and sold wines abroad by itself.

Our main production is focused on Chianti Classico Wines: Annata Riserva and Gran Selezione

We also produce 2 IGT Wines, one of it is Campo all’Albero, is one of the very first supertuscan ever, produced since 1981, and 5 Filari, made from 100% Pugnitello Grape.

We really think the quality is obtained in the vineyards, that’s why we take care of every single detail in the field, with thinning, eliminating the excess leaves, and also harvesting by hand in several steps, in order to wait for the perfect ripening of every vine.
