The Micro Winerie is an urban Winery located in Bordeaux downtown : in DARWIN, old military facility transformed into an ecosystem of enterprises. We are involved in a ethical and sustainable approach, and we take our inspirations in our winegrowers partners located mainly in the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyard in Bordeaux. We also go further, by harvesting by hand grapes coming from Madiran to Angers, to create new and modern cuvees, with unusual profiles. All the wines are biological, with law intervention during the wine making process (Indigenous yeasts, law sulfites, no filtration, ... ). Besides, we also offer a of wine events with differents workshops, and tasting all year long.
