They bring to their wines the same rigor and precision of traditional craftsmanship that are found in watch manufactures, haute couture, and porcelain making. France has been famous for centuries all over the world for this unique know how.
la Manufacture is committed to excellence, fineness of execution and it conveys a prestigious portrait of today’s France with yesterday’s values.
La Manufacture offers a wide range of appellations of the vineyard of Chablis from regional appellations up to Grands Crus. Its Chablis Villages is under organic conversion since vintage 2019. Additional wines from Mâconnais, Côtes de Beaune or Côtes de Nuits are offered under the common umbrella: l'Atelier.
Marie and Sylvie are the beating heart of the family estate Château Thieuley in Entre-deux-mers. These two passionnated winemakers produce a large range of wines : from fresh wines to grands classics. With generosity and dedication, they question tradition and landscape conducting numerous experiments aiming to showcase Bordeaux in a different light.
