Château Clément Termes is a family-run winery located in Lisle sur Tarn, in the south-west of France, within the thousand-year-old vineyard of Gaillac.
Let us tell you our story, the Domaine was created by Clément Termes in 1860. Passionate about wine and the vine, he built a wine cellar in 1868. The Château was built a few years later. He ships his wines in barrels throughout France. The clergy constitute the main of his customer. Several generations have followed one another; in 1968 Jean David who enlarged the area of the vineyard and enlarged the cellar, 1970, his son François who developed the operation thanks to the arrival of new techniques. Today, Caroline and Olivier, the 7th generation, are supporting Château Clément Termes in this new century. Château Clément Termes offers a wide range of wines. From the traditional cuvée, via the Bulles or even the Perlé Gaillac, the estate's wines express the terroir of the Gaillac wines. Indeed, the wines of the Château are partly made from local grape varieties, characteristic of the appellation. In white, you will discover the Mauzac, rich and fruity, and the Loin de l'œil, fresh and lemony. And in red the Braucol complex, the fruity Duras and Prunelard. More famous grape varieties complete the blends: Sauvignon-blanc, Muscadelle, Syrah and Merlot. All of the estate's wines carry the HVE label - High Environmental Value -, with Château Clément Termes being HVE level 3 certified since April 2018. Respect for the environment and biodiversity are one of the domain's strong commitments to this day. Discover Château Clément Termes Since December 2019, the Maison de Clément - charming cottage - has been welcoming you for a stay in the heart of the vineyard.
With a long history behind, the Château de Chambert is distinguished by its commitment to offering unique and environmentally respectful wines. The estate has been on this virtuous path for over 10 years, with a viticulture certified in both Organic and Biodynamic practices (Ecocert and Demeter certifications). On their distinctive limestone soils of the plateau, located at an altitude of 300 meters, Philippe Lejeune and his partner, Lin Liu, the first female Chinese Master of Wine, produce wines that faithfully reflect their terroir, thus showcasing their unique character. Elegance, Complexity, and Precision are the key words for the wines of the estate. Recently, they have won numerous awards. The estate was named in the Top 50 of the year by Decanter, as well as the best Malbec of the world (by En Magnum).

The current range is composed of several signature wines, from the emblematic ‘Cuvée des Conti’ to the more recent ‘Pet Nat’, a delicious, crisp bubbly. While Guillaume, Paul & Yann wish to continue with the range, they also want to introduce new savours and stories.
