Hoffmann’s Winery – Lake Balaton Balatonederics, Hungary

Our journey started in 2021 in Balatonederics, on 2.5 hectares. Since then, our estate has expanded with new vineyards. Our Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch), Syrah, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties already hint at the future. The past is preserved by the old vines of Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner. The terroir is more than just soil; it determines the character of all our wines.

At our winery, technology does not dominate; it cooperates with nature. We work with minimal intervention because our wines must tell the story of their terroir.

We believe that nature is the main character—we simply reveal what it has to offer. There are no gimmicks, just grapes, Lake Balaton, and a touch of rebellion à la Hoffmann's.
