The new generation, Luca Fraccaroli, passionate wine maker of the family run winery.
A heartfelt passion that the Fraccaroli family have put into wine-making for over 50 years.
Our estates are located in Lavagno, in Mezzane valley (east of Verona, Veneto
region). The main native grapes for the production of Valpolicella wines are
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
Nothing is left to chance, every moment is essential and unique to create
outstanding wines, whose quality is able to charme with their scent and flavour.
Every wine has its own origin in a distinctive vineyard, which
thanks to its location, age and characteristics, give unique wines.
the key moment for the production of Amarone and Recioto.
The best grapes are selected and left to dry on small trays in the drying lofts called
“fruttai”. The drying process may take 3-4 months.
The quietest place where, in French oak barrels,
our Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone della Valpolicella ages.
