Co-exhibitor of PIEMONTE LAND OF WINE
Fogliati Wines was born as a result of tradition and passion.
Already owned in 1800 by Spirito Zocca, historic producer and exporter of Barolo in Argentina, the estate - which extends between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte - was acquired in the early 50s by Guido Fogliati who carried on with the production.
At his death, the vineyards were still cultivated but the production stopped and the grapes were sold to important producers.
Only in 2016, the grandchildrens Guido and Annalisa took over the land and the magnificent villa, which are now brought back to life through a sophisticated renovation and conversion to organic cultivation.
So, in the wonderful setting of Castiglione Falletto, overlooking the spectacular hills of the Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site, a young and dynamic company has born, truly passionate and dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and the production of Barolo Langhe Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera d’Alba Superiore, in full respect of the territory and tradition.
A great passion that gives rise to great wines.
