Fishbone Wines is a family-owned boutique winery in the Margaret River Wine Region of Western Australia, crafting expressive wines that reflect the region’s unique terroir.
Rooted in generations of agricultural heritage, the winery was established by Kevin Sorgiovanni, who continues his family’s tradition of working the land alongside his daughter.
Under the guidance of award-winning head winemaker Stuart Pierce, Fishbone focuses on holistic vineyard health, minimal intervention practices, and creating wines that celebrate varietal character and regional identity.
Their estate in Wilyabrup features diverse plantings—including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Malbec, Shiraz, and Sauvignon Blanc—on well-drained coastal soils.
Fishbone’s portfolio includes three key labels—from approachable, fruit-driven wines to premium, limited releases—highlighting elegance, personality, and a sense of place in every bottle.
