The Villa, built in the late 1700s and founded in the early nineteenth century as “Leopoldina”, houses nowadays an intimate resort with twelve elegant rooms and everything you need to spend a wonderful stay surrounded by nature, wellness and authentic flavors. The large gardens, the olive grove, the vegetable garden and last but not least the vineyard that produces the wine of Fattoria Svetoni, will make it possibile for you to experience the authenticity of the Tuscan countryside firsthand. The swimming pool and wellness center with fitness room offer an opportunity for complete relaxation and self-care. The winemaking side of the company – that has been producing wine since 1865 – transforms a simple holiday into a fascinating “wine experience”.

Just below the Villa there is a centuries-old cellar equipped with barriques and large barrels where, since 1865, our wines have been produced, matured and refined. Among these, the highest expression of our territory stands out: the Nobile di Montepulciano wine, the first historic Italian DOCG brand.

Prugnolo Gentile, an excellent clone of Sangiovese, performs its best character in these ideal conditions: 23 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 300-350 meters, good ventilation, significant temperature range between day and night, excellent exposure and limited storms.
