Located in Le Tholonet, just a few kilometres south-east of Aix-en-Provence, Château Henri Bonnaud is a family-run, committed wine estate nestled in the heart of the AOC Palette appellation, one of the most confidential and prestigious in Provence.
The estate covers around 74 acres rooted in the limestone soils of Langesse, protected by the surrounding hills and the majestic Sainte-Victoire Mountain. This exceptional setting creates a unique microclimate, ideal for the full expression of the wines.
Committed to organic farming since 2010 and certified organic in winemaking since 2013, the estate cultivates its vineyards with deep respect for nature, without chemical fertilisers or herbicides, producing authentic and generous wines.
Château Henri Bonnaud produces a complete range of wines under the following appellations:
• AOC Palette – exceptional rosé, red and white wines with complex and elegant profiles, perfectly suited for gastronomy.
• AOC Côtes de Provence Cru Sainte Victoire & Côtes de Provence – fresh, aromatic wines.
• IGP Méditerranée – approachable, easy-drinking wines to enjoy in their youth.
Today, the estate is run by Stéphane Spitzglous, a third-generation winemaker who took over from his grandfather, Henri Bonnaud, with the ambition of crafting wines deeply rooted in their Provençal terroir.
