Portugal has an ancient tradition in wine making. It’s very different weather and soil conditions made possible the creation of several distinctive wines in a small territory. Enoport Group unified some of the oldest and well known Portuguese wine companies, Caves Velhas, Caves Dom Teodósio, Adegas Camillo Alves, Cavipor and Caves Moura Basto, all with recognition in national and foreign markets. Joining the experience with the newest management and technology techniques, new companies were created, based on three major core business areas - Agriculture/Tourism, Production and Distribution - each aiming excellency and the commitment to the high standards demanded by a global market. The Group owns 4 single estates spread through the several Portuguese regions with more than 500 ha of land and 4 vinification centers. From those, we point out “Quinta da Devesa” in Vinho Verde region, “Quinta Beirã” in Dão region, “Quinta de São João Batista” in Tejo region and “Quinta do Boição” in Bucelas. From grapes grown in these estates the Group gives birth to its finest nectars. Estate Wines – Agroturismo is within the Group the company responsible for the management of the more than 500 hectares of states belonging to the Group including vineyards, wineries, architectural heritage and wine shops. Quality standards Enoport Group aims to achieve the highest quality levels. Its production facilities hold quality certifications, having Quality Control procedures from grape to shipping assuring the product reaches the market in perfect conditions. Enoport - Produção de Bebidas, rules by HACCP method and is certified by NP EN ISO 9001: 2000 and by BRC GLOBAL STANDART (Bristish Retail Consortium) maximum level. Cavipor - Produção de Bebidas is certified by NP EN ISO 9001: 2000. Environmental concerns are also present in daily activities and include gas emission control and recycling. Portfolio The history of the Enoport Group is connected to the history of its brands. It is a history already with a great past. When we speak about Serradayres we are speaking of a brand that exists since 1907; Lagosta since 1902; Romeira since 1912; Fim de Século since 1914; Amarante since 1916 and Bucellas since 1939. Our portfolio is segmented into different ranges with a diversified offer for all occasions, making it easier consumer choices accordingly to their needs. The ranges are: “Single Estate” wines, very limited editions; “Prestige wines”, high class for special moments; “Signature wines”, safe choices for special daily moments; “Casual wines” and “ Easy wines”, informal for daily routine and relaxing moments. A range of Sparkling wines and Spirits is also available, as well as, for special market needs exclusive own brands and customers own brands from D.O.C. to table wines. Distributors Besides its presence in domestic market, through the distribution company Enoport – Produção de Bebidas, the Enoport Group is currently present in 45 countries having shown a strong growth in foreign markets during the last decade, namely in countries such as USA, Canada, Brazil, Angola, Germany, United Kingdom, France and China. Following its internationalization process, the Enoport Group adopted a strategy of developing local distributors, thus was born in Angola, Enoang – Comércio de Bebidas and in China, Prime Wines Shangai Corporation and Exclusive Selection Trading for the rest of the Asian continent. Enoang – Comércio de Bebidas, SA Was founded in 2008 and marks the beginning of the internationalization strategy of the Group Enoport United Wines. Enoang began operations in Luanda, where currently are the company's headquarters. Enoang sells the majority of Enoport United Wines’ portfolio, as well as agency brands. Prime Wines Shanghai Corporation Was founded in 2012 and is the distribution company of Enoport United Wines in China, focusing on selling its core portfolio. The Chinese market growth in terms of wine consumption have determined the investment of the Group in its own distribution platform in this country. Prime Wines key goals are the brand development and the establishment of long life relations with their partners. Exclusive Selection Trading, founded in 2012, is the distribution company of Enoport United Wines in the rest of the Asian continent, distributing the Group’s portfolio and working to improve its presence in this territory.
