This world-first, pioneering technology allows us to remove alcohol at low temperatures, ensuring delicate aromatic compounds are preserved and reintroduced to the wine after processing. The result is a wine that retains its true bouquet, flavour, and varietal integrity—delivering the sophistication and enjoyment of traditional wine without the alcohol. Importantly, the GoLo system is highly energy efficient and sustainable, significantly reducing waste and environmental impact compared with older methods.
