About

Domaine Jas Monges is a vineyard created in 2022, by the Monges family.

Vinemakers for 4 generations, they did not hesitate to create their own structure when Paul, the youngest of the two children of the family, became an oenologist.

The Domaine is located in the town of Trets, at the foot of the mountain Sainte-Victoire. He is engaged in Organic labellization on the whole of his vineyard (25ha) and vinificate a cuvée under the label "Vin Méthode Nature": the cuvée "SAUVAGE".
