Domaine Val de l’Orme is a young, family-run estate based in Tavel, founded in 2023, representing a new generation of Rhône Valley wines: precise, expressive and driven by drinkability.
Led by Jean-Maxime Delorme, a winemaker from a long-established local family, the domaine farms 24 hectares of vineyards, all certified organic or in conversion. Each parcel is worked with a strong focus on living soils and biodiversity, aiming to express terroir rather than follow predefined recipes.
In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention and transparent: hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, and carefully managed élevage. The goal is to produce wines that are balanced, fresh and approachable, with moderate alcohol levels and a clear sense of origin — wines that perform as well by the glass as they do at the table.
The range includes Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône and Vin de France cuvées. A distinctive feature of the domaine is its work with rare and rediscovered grape varieties, such as Mourvèdre Gris, which has become one of its signature expressions.
Already present in the French on-trade and independent retail sector, Domaine Val de l’Orme is now seeking selective export partnerships with importers and distributors looking for authentic Rhône wines with strong identity, consistency of supply and long-term potential.
