About

Since 2020, my wife and I have been vinifying all of our own production, most of which is bottled. We cultivate 14 hectares in Crozes-Hermitage. On our estate, we use cover crops to strengthen our soil health, preserve its richness, and guarantee high-quality harvests. This practice is part of our vision of sustainable and environmentally responsible agriculture. At the heart of our estate, our winery embodies the balance between tradition and modernity. Every step, from receiving the grapes to aging our wines, is carried out with care and respect for the product. The grapes are selected, pressed, and vinified in specially designed tanks, ensuring optimal aroma extraction. Our modern equipment allows for precise monitoring of fermentation, while preserving the authenticity of the fruit and the terroir. Aging then takes place under ideal conditions, giving each wine the time it needs to reveal its unique character. Thanks to rigorous work and constant attention, our wines reflect all the richness of our land and our expertise.
