Founded in Saint-Satur in 1850, Domaine Laporte today covers 21ha planted with Sauvignon Blanc for the white wines (80% of the surface area) and Pinot Noir for the reds and rosés. It also includes "Le Rochoy", an exclusive 8.5ha parcel of silex in the village of Bannay. Domaine Laporte is certified organic, making it one of Sancerre's finest wines.
