Self-taught and passionate, Georges PERROT created Domaine la Collière in 2002 with his wife Delphine. In 2018, after fifteen years renting, they decided to build their own cellar facing the Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. 

With their permanent employee Sébastien and their son Lilian who has just joined them, they are currently working about thirty hectares in organic conversion. 

Always attentive to his vineyard, Georges works the land passionately to make elegant, fruity Rasteau, with fine and silky tannins that characterize the Domaine la Collière so well.
