After ten years at the head of Gault Millau, Patricia Alexandre created the estate with Georges Antoun, president of the New Hotel group, in 2012 by taking over 20 hectares of vines in the Ventoux PDO and Mediterranean PGI, between Gordes and L'Isle sur la Sorgue. After renovating the buildings, creating a wine- making cellar and completely restructuring the vineyard so as to keep the best plots, replant and work with the greatest respect for the terroir and biodiversity, they are passionately committed to the quality of the wines that are now recognized, present on more and more fine tables and selected by the Hachette wine guide.
