Our domaine is located in Saint-Antonin-sur-Bayon on the Cengle  plateau, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain next to  Aix-en-Provence. Our estate rises at around 500 meters above sea level, overlooking at the Arc valley.

Our 200 hectares site is mainly composed of "garrigue", with 25 hectares of vines and  5 hectares of olive trees. Therefore, it is important for us to  maintain the perfect balance between nature's wilderness and crop  growing.

Completely organic and with low inputs cultivation, we produce fresh and elegant wines on this fantastic high altitude terroir.

Wine production : 45% Red, 35% White and 20% Rosé, blended or monovarietal wines of Syrah, Chardonnay, Viognier, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Grenache... and more recently Pinot noir. Moreover, Yves Cuilleron has been taking part in our vineyard's development as a resourceful advisor since 10 years.
