The Eole estate was born from a dream, the one of creating great wines expressing the magic of the Alpilles swept by the sun and the mistral. From the start in 1993, organic viticulture was obvious to protect this wonderful land and its biodiversity. The continual search for excellence has guided the other essential choices: 10 local and typical grape varieties, controlled yields, manual harvesting at optimal maturity, a minimum of interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar in order to respect the purity of the grapes as much as possible… These efforts direct our daily work to guarantee you each year wines rich in aromas, colorful and full of finesse.
