At the fair, we will have a tasting tunnel featuring more than 117 wines from 48 wineries within the Rueda D.O., including 19 Grandes Vinos de Rueda, the new category for wines from vineyards over 30 years old, with low yields (less than 6,500 kg/ha) and gentle extraction (less than 65%) and 1 Rueda Dorado wine, the liquor wine with oxidative ageing that is part of the history of the D.O. Rueda.
