Distillerie Arsenal & Co

Based in Quebec City, Arsenal & Co Distillery is an ambitious company that combines tradition and innovation in the production of its spirits. Over the past few years, we have developed a complete range, including gin, liqueurs, rum, whiskey, and acerum, with a particular focus on quality and authenticity.

Our artisanal gins and liqueurs exemplify our creative approach and our commitment to offering original, elegant, and accessible products. The Explorentum collection enriches this offering with a series of world-inspired rums, each paying tribute to traditions and flavors from around the globe. Finally, Arsenal Whiskies, currently aging in our cellars in Quebec City, will soon assert their own distinctive identity.

Arsenal & Co also produces spirits for Distillerie Saint-Laurent, a true benchmark in Quebec. The Saint-Laurent range includes several gins, including the famous Gin Maritime, infused with boreal kelp, as well as Gin Citrus with citrus notes and Gin Boréa, inspired by the forests of northern Quebec. In addition, there is a 3 Grains Whiskey, a Canadian Rye, and an Acerum, a typical Quebec spirit made from fermented maple syrup.

In Quebec City, we distill all of the products from Distillerie Arsenal and Distillerie Saint-Laurent. Spirits that require barrel aging are mostly aged on the distillery's rooftop, giving our whiskeys and acerum a unique identity that is deeply connected to their environment.

As part of our expansion in Europe, we now have a warehouse in France, enabling us to ensure local product availability, optimized delivery times, and great flexibility in terms of volumes, including for small orders.

Gin Citrus - Distillerie Saint-Laurent

Un gin qui célèbre la vivacité des agrumes. Son élaboration combine distillation traditionnelle et distillation à froid, préservant ainsi toute la fraîcheur et la pureté aromatique des agrumes.

Gin Boréa - Distillerie Saint-Laurent

Hommage aux forêts boréales du Québec, ce gin associe distillation classique et distillation sous vide, capturant les arômes les plus délicats des forêts canadiennes.
