A bottle of Sparkling Tea is based in up to 13 different teas. We use both white, green and black teas to create the perfect combination of flovours.
The blanced and complex taste of Sparkling Tea is the result of carefully selected brewing time and temperatures, along with the craftmanship that goes into the production.
The Sparkling Tea category was developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. His search for the perfect wine pairing, led him to discover the boundless potential of tea. A new drink that quickly became a favorite amongst guests.
To live out the dream of making Sparkling Tea a new global beveage category, Jacob partnered up with Bo Sten Hansen. Together they founded Copenhagen Sparkling Tea, with a shared dream to produce the worlds best Sparkling Tea.
Today Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is served in more than 50+ countries and served at more than 80+ Michelin restaurants worldwide.
