Compañia de Vinos Telmo Rodríguez´ was established in 1994, inspired by Telmo´s experience in Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhône. Since then, along with his long-term business partner, Pablo Eguzkiza, he has championed Spain´s forgotten areas, rejuvenated near exctinct varieties and identified several exceptional sites in Cebreros, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Galicia, Málaga, Alicante, and Toro, truly showcasing the potential of Spanish wines to the world.

Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri is a very old wine-growing estate; the first documents found speak of viticulture in Remelluri as early as 1620. Until the 19th century it belonged to the church and in the 1960s, the Rodríguez Hernandorena family acquired the estate and began a meticulous process of restoring the vineyards. In 2010, Telmo, along with his sister, took charge of the estate, having previously worked there as the winemaker. The plots have always been worked naturally and organically, and today, the entire estate is certified organic. Located in Labastida (Álava), in the foothills of Mount Toloño, the Remelluri vineyards extend along three small valleys that surround the winery. Lindes de Remelluri started during the 2010 harvest when Telmo decided to craft estate wines at Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri using grapes exclusively from the estate´s 90 ha of vineyards. For the families of winegrowers from San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida who had always brought their grapes to Remelluri, Telmo wanted to produce a wine, their wine, in which their hard work and the taste of their terroir is reflected. By 2020, the estate had welcomed new winegrowers who asked to become part of this exciting project, including those from Salinillas de Buradón, Rivas de Tereso, Peciña and Ábalos.
