Winemakers family from south Burgundy, we also produce wines from Languedoc where we settled down 25 years ago. Over the past 40 years we managed to become a worldwide reference for the appellations Mâcon, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé as well as promoting emerging Languedoc appellations such as Limoux white and red, Haute Vallée de l'Aude or IGP Pays d'Oc.
Our 85 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy and 105 hectares in Languedoc are now in organic conversion and we're proud to produce high quality and value wines with which we can develop strong and sustainable partnerships all over the world.
The Liébart and Régnier families are country people through and through, having been working the land for seven generations. Maison Liébart-Régnier was established by Lucien Liébart and Georgette Régnier in 1960. The family owns 11 ha of vineyards in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, all handed down by their predecessors. They span both banks of the Marne in the communes of Vauciennes (Left Bank) and Baslieux sous Châtillon (Right Bank). The 35 parcels of vines thrive in clay and limestone comprised mainly of brown earth soils. We grow all seven Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and to a lesser extent the ancestral varieties of Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris which, perhaps forgotten, are still authorised in the Champagne appellation.
Domaine de Joy has been a family winery for four generations. Paul and Marguerite Gessler, of Swiss origin, fell in love with this area of Armagnac country and settled to work the land at Joÿ back in 1927. Their heirs, André and Véronique Gessler, followed by their son Olivier, became aware of the richness of the soils and the ideal exposure of certain parcels of land. Gradually, Olivier abandoned mixed farming in order to devote a large part of the estate to vine growing. Today, the fourth generation manages the estate, Olivier’s daughter and son, Vanessa and Kevin perpetuate the family’s love of the Joy vineyard. Domaine de Joy produces generous Côtes de Gascogne wines, both modern and elegant, and also a very select range of soft and fruity Bas-Armagnacs. The Domaine’s 170-hectare vineyard (10% of which are dedicated to the growing grapes for distillation of Armagnacs) has grape varieties such as Colombard, Ugni blanc, Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc and specific grape varieties for distilling such as Bacco and Folle Blanche. It is essentially composed of clay-siliceous soils and tawny sands (silice-siliceous). The majority of the vineyard plots are south-facing, an ideal exposure for growing and ripening grapes. In 2019, the estate was certified “High Environmental Value - Level 3”. This sustainability certification aims to promote farming that voluntarily commits to respecting biodiversity, a strict low use of pesticides, low fertilization management and water resources.

Vinegrower in Burgundy for over 40 years, Pascal Marchand, originally from Montreal, partnered with his long-time friend Moray Tawse to create Marchand-Tawse in 2009. Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, we produce around fifty appellations, 40% of which come from our own vineyards. The 9-hectare estate, certified by Ecocert, stretches from Chassagne-Montrachet to Gevrey-Chambertin. The guiding principle of the estate has always been to stay as close to the land as possible and to minimize technical interventions in the winemaking process, thereby allowing the unique Burgundian climates to express themselves. The wines reflect their terroir with purity, elegance, and finesse.
