Co-exhibitor of CHATEAU FONTARECHE
More than two centuries, 300 years of history. Since 1769, Cognac Prunier has been part of local history in the steps of the renowned Cognac names. The oldest traces found of the family go back to 1701, when it seems the family worked with the vine growers as wholesalers. It is only in 1769 that bottling and shipping first started for Cognac Prunier in the town of Cognac. Cognac Prunier has been perfecting the memory of the area for eleven generations. The unlimited aspects of the grapes and their multiple aromas are revealed in each of their products. Cognac Prunier has preserved the heritage and tradition through the eleven generations. Since 2009, Claude’s son Stéphane Burnez-Prunier has ensured the continuity in this family company, joined in 2016 by his daughter Alice, and in 2022 by his second daughter Claire, the 11th generation. Thanks to the experience and work of each generation, Prunier cognacs benefit from a craftmanship and a real authenticity, wich make them inimitable and unique.
